Doesn't taste bad. As for dosage, you need to take 2 capsules. The size is not bad, it should last you a month if you take it daily. It suppressed my appetite for a few hours only, not the entire day. Also, I recommend you do some exercise and maintain a balanced diet if you really want to see results as this is isn't a magic pill.
