I'd rather use quality olive oil or jojoba oil. this was very expensive for such a small amount. it was nice to glide the facial cups but can achieve similar results with other oils you may already have.

The cups are excellent with strong suction power, for me the oil and the brush are unnecessary and I haven't tried them. I used the large cup on my stomach and thighs to reduce stretch marks and cellulite, I still don't see results but I definitely feel that the skin is smoother to the touch. I'm optimistic :)
