Regular creatine monohydrate usually requires much higher amounts to provide benefits, particularly if it isn't micronized. Even using smaller doses (3-5 grams a day) of micronized creatine doesn't seem to agree with me, and I notice kidney discomfort. Not so with this. I was able to take 6 capsules (4.5 grams daily) without any gastro issues. I definitely experienced more strength, energy, and muscle fullness when using it than when I didn't. The difference was definitely noticeable. Very pleased with the results of this product, and will continue to use.
