This rice is delicious! I buy it because it is organic and germinated/sprouted. It cooks up perfectly every time and I love that I can get quality, healthy rice in only 25 minutes. I have bought many bags of it and the quality is very consistent. There are not many brands that even sell sprouted rice, so this is a real find. Highly recommend!

The TruRoots brand is an excellent one in terms of health and quality. The taste remains very good. Germinated or sprouted grains minimize the effects of phytic acid found in grains which is a good thing!
